Welcome To Ealing Drug and Alcohol Action Team

Ealing Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the National Drug Strategy and works in partnership with members from the Primary Care Trust, The Local Authority, London Probation Area, Metropolitan Police Service, Housing, Social Services and the Community Safety Partnership.

At a local level, the DAAT Team is responsible for delivering the strategic plans and priorities as directed by the multi agency Drug Action Task Group (DATG).

The DAAT team oversees the commissioning of all Ealing substance misuse treatment services, including those that sit within the Drugs Intervention Programme (DIP), and actively monitors and reports on performance and communicates with stakeholders.

The DAAT is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the 2008 Drug Strategy Drugs: protecting families and communities 2008-2011
and ‘The Next Steps in the National Alcohol Strategy – Safe. Sensible. Social'
