Service Description

• Specialist healthcare intervention for clients with primary

   opiate misuse/poly-drug  misuse problem
• Opiate substitute prescribing
• Key working/Care Co-ordination
• Blood Borne Virus service
• Well Persons clinic
• Maternal Health nurse
• Therapeutic Group Interventions
• Psychology service
• Harm minimization interventions
• Needle Exchange for registered clients
• Liaison, consultation, advice and training to other

   professionals and services

Opening Times Monday - Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday - Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Walk In Clinic: Monday - Thursday from 10:30am onwards.

• Needle exchange and harm minimization
• Primary healthcare and wound care management
• One to one keyworking and counseling
• Group work programmes (inc. women only groups)
• Access to housing advice and support
• Hepatitis testing and vaccinations
• Complementary therapies
• GP registration
Staff available Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am - 8:00pm

Service Description

• Outreach provision of alcohol, drug and Khat education
• Focused work with women
• Focused work with Black and minority ethnic communities
• Low threshold one to one support in English and south

   Asian languages
• Support for families, carers and significant others of drug

   and alcohol users
• Signposting to services
