Service Description	• Assertive outreach – making contact with drug and alcohol users who are reluctant to access services • Harm minimization and engagement • Work with individuals to refer them to appropriate treatment services

Street Population Out Reach Team:

Service Description	• Assertive and holistic outreach services for street using populations • Supporting clients away from a street lifestyle and into treatment • Addressing issues such as benefits, housing, drug/alcohol misuse, legal issues, immigration, physical and mental health issues
Staff Availability	Day shifts: Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm

Rough Sleepers Out Reach Service:

Service Description

• Assertive street outreach service for rough sleepers
• Referral to hostel accommodation and other services
• Ongoing resettlement

Staff can be contacted various hours throughout the day and night.

Drop in centre: Wednesday & Thursdays 12:00pm- 2:00pm
