   populations
• Supporting clients away from a street lifestyle and into 

   treatment
• Addressing issues such as benefits, housing, drug/alcohol 

   misuse, legal issues, immigration, physical and mental

   health issues
Staff Availability Day shifts: Monday-Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm

Rough Sleepers Out Reach Service:

Service Description       

• Assertive street outreach service for rough sleepers
• Referral to hostel accommodation and other services
• Ongoing resettlement
Staff Availability Staff can be contacted various hours throughout the day and night.
