The DAAT is responsible for overseeing the local implementation of the 2008 Drug Strategy:
Drugs: protecting families and communities 2008-2011 

Please refer to our Needs Assessment 2009 for further details of our local implementation and to our annual Treatment Plan (which is agreed with the National Treatment Agency (NTA)) which sets out goals and objectives for treatment services in the borough for the year ahead.

 

Harm Reduction is a key priority for Ealing DAAT.

Ealing has implemented harm reduction interventions across all local treatment services.  We are committed to implementing health promotion campaigns and developing substance misuse primary care services such as needle/syringe programmes, supervised consumption and GP shared care programmes across the borough.
